The Medlock Group has experienced Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigators that are trained to support your business as consultants when complaints of discrimination are filed against your business. Our investigators will conduct an impartial investigation, then write a comprehensive, and confidential investigative report of findings.
We also welcome the opportunity to help individuals that feel like they have been discriminated against by consulting with them, and helping them properly draft their EEO complaint.

Basic Mediation Course - This course is designed to give students the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to serve as a neutral, third party mediator. This training involves reading, lecture, videos, assignments, and role plays.
After completion of the Medlock Group study guide materials, lecture, and role plays, students will be enrolled in a practicum program. The practicum course is designed to give the trainee a minimum of six (6) mediations. This may include a combination of observations, co-mediations, and solo mediations. The trainee will debrief each mediation experience with a staff member and/or experienced mediator. One solo mediation will be observed by a staff member and/or experienced mediator.
Training participants will receive certificates of completion stating the number of hours completed. Attendance for the full 40 hours meets the standards of Chapter 154, Texas Civil Practices & Remedies Code. A practicum offering experience will be available to you as part of this training.
EEO Counselor/Investigator Training - The Medlock Group EEO training programs are geared specifically for federal employees. Our training is ideal for federal supervisors and employees, EEO counselors and investigators, agency representatives and attorneys, and anyone else interested in EEO issues and practices affecting the federal workplace.
Our training includes: (1) EEO Refresher Training for Counselors and (2) EEO Training for "New" Counselors and Investigators. New EEO Counselors and Investigators will receive four-and-one-half days of training, while current Counselors and Investigators will participate in a one-day refresher course. These courses fulfill the requirements of EEOC Management Directive 110, which established guidelines for the training of EEO counselors and investigators.
Conflict Resolution Education (CRE) programs - We facilitate numerous workshops designed to teach children, youth, and community organizations, conflict resolution strategies. How? I'm glad you asked! We utilize our experience and expertise as Educators, EEO Specialists and Mediators to work with schools, churches, juvenile courts, community and youth serving organizations, to help reduce violence, and teach young people conflict resolution strategies. These strategies will give children and youth the knowledge, skills, and abilities they need to get along rather than get even.
